Exploiting Justice - 27 and 28 October

Justice is a multifaceted concept, in a western context often related to the view on individuals as valued equally and the statement that all human beings should be treated equally.

Five main themes will be explored: migration, education, the city as a space for (in)justice, health and historiography. The themes will be exploited by a multidisciplinary group of scholars from a gender perspective. Panel discussions, city walking, film and conversations will be used to exploit justice as a concept, idea, practice, rhetoric, political and legal norm, with impact on almost everything.
